Currency & Pricing

All prices listed on this site are in USD (United States Dollar).

The final exchange rate charged is determined by the bank or card issuer at the time of purchase.
For reference, you may check current exchange rates at xe.com.

Ordering

A confirmation email will be sent once payment is successfully received.

Please note:

• Orders cannot be modified or cancelled once processing has begun.

• Kindly ensure that your shipping address is accurate, as changes cannot be made after order submission.

Shipping Information

All orders are shipped from Singapore, directly from our working studio.

Shipping Methods

We offer free worldwide shipping via our selected service providers:

• SingPost

• J&T

If you require an alternative shipping method, shipping via SF Express, DHL, or FedEx can be arranged at an additional cost.
Any additional shipping charges will be borne by the buyer.

Please contact us via email prior to ordering to discuss alternative shipping arrangements.

Processing Time

All items undergo post-production handling before shipment.
Please refer to the estimated delivery timeline provided, especially for art toys and limited releases.

Local Shipping (Singapore)

• Normal or Registered Mail (with tracking)

• Estimated delivery: 2–4 working days (non-festive periods)

Tracking details will be sent via email once your order has shipped.

Please note that delivery times may be longer during festive periods and are subject to the courier’s schedule.

International Shipping

• Registered postage (tracking available within Singapore only)

• Estimated delivery: 1–5 weeks, depending on destination

Once parcels leave Singapore, tracking may no longer update.
Buyers are advised to contact their local postal service for further updates.

Tracking details will be sent via email once your order has shipped.

Customs & Duties (International Orders)

Orders shipped outside of Singapore may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees imposed by the destination country.

These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the buyer.

Lost or Missing Packages

WinnieYippie / WYNC WORLD is not liable for lost, missing, or damaged packages once they have been handed over to the courier.

Please ensure that all billing and shipping information is accurate before placing your order.

Returns & Exchanges

All items are carefully inspected before shipment.

Eligibility

Returns or exchanges must be requested within 7 days of receiving the item.

Returns or exchanges are only accepted under the following conditions:

• Incorrect item received

• Item is defective or unintentionally damaged

Returned items must be:

• Unused

• Unopened

• In original condition

Non-Returnable Items

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted if:

• Items have been opened, used, or worn

• Discount codes were applied

• Items are marked as sale items

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

All product images are for illustration purposes only.

As each piece is handcrafted and/or hand-painted, slight variations in color, finish, or details may occur. These variations are a natural part of the process and do not constitute defects.

Delays & Stock Availability

In rare cases, items may be temporarily out of stock or delayed.
Fulfillment delays may take up to one month.
