Lost or Missing Packages

WYNC.WORLD is not liable for lost, missing, or damaged packages once the order has been handed over to the courier.

Please ensure that all billing and shipping details are accurate at checkout.
Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information, or refused shipments, will be treated as returned orders. Any return shipping or re-delivery costs will be borne by the buyer.

WYNC.WOLRD will not be responsible for additional shipping charges arising from incorrect information provided by the buyer.

Returns & Exchange Policy

All products are personally inspected before shipment.

Eligibility

Requests for returns or exchanges must be made within 7 days of receiving the item.

Returns or exchanges are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • Incorrect item received

  • Item arrived unintentionally damaged or defective

Returned items must be:

  • In brand-new condition

  • Unused

  • Unworn

  • Unopened

Non-Returnable Items

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted if:

  • Items have been opened, used, or worn

  • Items are marked as sale items

  • Discount codes were applied to the order

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
