Shipping Information

WYNC.WORLD offers free worldwide shipping via selected service providers, including SingPost and J&T Express, for both local and international orders.

All parcels are shipped from Singapore, directly from our working studio.


Alternative Shipping Options

If you require a different shipping method, delivery via SF Express, DHL, or FedEx can be arranged at an additional cost.

Please contact us via email prior to ordering to confirm availability and pricing.
Any additional shipping charges will be borne by the buyer.


Processing Time

All items undergo post-production handling before shipment.
Please review the estimated delivery timeline carefully, especially for art toys and handmade items.

Local Shipping (Singapore)

  • Normal or Registered Mail (with tracking)

  • Estimated delivery time: 2–4 working days (non-festive periods)

Tracking details and shipment confirmation will be sent via email once your order has shipped.

Delivery times may vary during festive or peak periods and are subject to the courier’s schedule.


International Shipping

  • Registered international postage

  • Tracking is available within Singapore only

Once parcels leave Singapore, tracking updates may no longer be available. Buyers are advised to contact their local postal service for further updates.

Estimated delivery time: 1–5 weeks, depending on destination and customs clearance.


Customs & Duties

Orders shipped outside of Singapore may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees imposed by the destination country.

These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the buyer.


Lost or Missing Packages

WYNC.WORLD is not liable for lost, missing, or damaged packages once they have been handed over to the courier.

Please ensure that all billing and shipping details are accurate before placing your order.


Returns & Exchange Policy

All products are personally inspected before shipment.

Eligibility

Requests for returns or exchanges must be made within 7 days of receiving the item.

Returns or exchanges are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • Incorrect item received

  • Item arrived unintentionally damaged or defective

Returned items must be:

  • Unused

  • Unopened

  • In brand-new condition


Non-Returnable Items

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted if:

  • Items have been opened, used, or worn

  • Items are marked as sale items

  • Discount codes were applied

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
