Cancellations
Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel orders once they have been placed.
Please only place an order (or pre-order) if you are certain about your purchase. Changes of mind cannot be accommodated.

All product images are for illustration purposes only.
Due to the handcrafted and hand-painted nature of our products, slight variations in color, finish, or details may occur. These variations are natural and part of the creative process.
Product Delays
Occasionally, items may be temporarily out of stock or production may be delayed.
In such cases, fulfillment may take up to one month.
Please contact us via email or join the wishlist for updates if delays occur.
Shipping Information
All orders are shipped from Singapore, directly from our working studio.

WinnieYippie offers free worldwide shipping via selected service providers, including:

Free shipping applies to standard delivery methods only.
Alternative Shipping Methods
If you require a different shipping option, delivery via SF Express, DHL, or FedEx can be arranged at an additional cost.
Any additional shipping fees will be borne by the buyer.

Processing Time
All items undergo post-production handling before shipment.
Please refer to the estimated delivery timeframe provided, especially for art toys and limited releases.

Once parcels leave Singapore, tracking updates may no longer be available. Buyers are advised to contact their local postal service for updates.
Estimated delivery time: 1–5 weeks, depending on destination and customs clearance.
Customs & Import Duties
Orders shipped outside of Singapore may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees imposed by the destination country.
These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the buyer.
Lost or Missing Packages
WinnieYippie is not liable for lost, missing, or damaged packages once they have been handed over to the courier.

All products are personally inspected before shipment.
