Currency & Pricing
All prices listed on this site are in USD (United States Dollar).
The final exchange rate charged is determined by the bank or card issuer at the time of purchase.

Ordering
A confirmation email will be sent once payment is successfully received.

Shipping Information
All orders are shipped from Singapore, directly from our working studio.
Shipping Methods
We offer free worldwide shipping via our selected service providers:

If you require an alternative shipping method, shipping via SF Express, DHL, or FedEx can be arranged at an additional cost.
Any additional shipping charges will be borne by the buyer.

Processing Time
All items undergo post-production handling before shipment.
Please refer to the estimated delivery timeline provided, especially for art toys and limited releases.

Tracking details will be sent via email once your order has shipped.
Please note that delivery times may be longer during festive periods and are subject to the courier’s schedule.
International Shipping

Estimated delivery: 1–5 weeks, depending on destination
Once parcels leave Singapore, tracking may no longer update.
Buyers are advised to contact their local postal service for further updates.

Customs & Duties (International Orders)
Orders shipped outside of Singapore may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees imposed by the destination country.
These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the buyer.
Lost or Missing Packages
WinnieYippie / WYNC WORLD is not liable for lost, missing, or damaged packages once they have been handed over to the courier.
